*Remember to include shipping costs when sending a mail order. This cost can be determined by calling our customer service ( 1-877-734-2458) or using the website procedure below. To do this, simply add the items you wish to order to your online shopping cart. When you are finished shopping, click the SHOPPING CART link in the top navigation to view your cart. From the shopping cart page you can choose the shipping method you want and calculate the shipping costs. Indicate on your order form which shipping method you chose and the shipping cost.
Placing Purchase Orders
Online Stores PA LLC accepts requests for purchase orders from corporations, government, schools and other institutions. Please mail your PO and accompanying credit references to the address aboveor fax to 866-509-1670. We request that your Purchase Order Form be from your company's accounting department. If you do not have a purchase order form, download our PO form here . We request that
Purchase Orders be signed and provide a contact name and phone number, ship to and bill to address, and detailed product information. For rush orders, we recommend use of a Visa, MasterCard, Amex,or Discover card for immediate processing. PO processing takes 3 - 5 business days on average, with large value orders taking longer.
Sales Tax
We collect sales tax for the states of AL, AZ, AR, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MD, MS, MI, MN, MS, NE, NM, NV, NJ, NY, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WA-DC, WV, WI, and WY. We will begin sales tax collection for Texas beginning 6/1/19. We do not collect sales tax for any other states at this time. We are required to notify you of your obligation to pay statesales and/or use tax in other states. This notice is expressly provided in order to comply with applicable state statutes. Pennsylvania does not charge sales tax on clothing. All shipping charges aretaxable.

How Do I Check My Order Status?

Can I Cancel/Change Orders?
Once your order is finalized through our online shopping cart or with our customer service department, it cannot be canceled or changed for any reason. We process orders very quickly, and once an order begins the fulfillment process we are unable to modify it. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we hope that our faster processing times work to your advantage.
When Is My Order Shipped?
Most orders usually ship the same business day if placed before 2:00PM EST and the items are in stock. Deadline for orders requiring Next Day, 2nd Day, 3 Day, or Ground delivery is 2:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) for items in stock. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will ship by the end of the next business day for items in stock. Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3 Day orders placed on a Friday after 2:00 PM EST will ship the following Monday. We ship to all US States and US Territories. Orders that ship economy will ship within two business days if placed before 2:00PM EST and the items are in stock.
