• Pre-installed nails allow for easy installs in regular and engineered lumber.
• Adjustable bar hangers from 13.6" to 25".

This housing unit is cULus listed for damp and wet locations making it ideal for areas that are regularly exposed to moisture and condensation and where it may come in direct contact with water spray, rain, or snow. They can be installed in a non-protected outside area in both residential and commercial settings.
